A leadership academy with follow-up individual coaching support, presented by leadership coaches Michelle Tallmadge, Jamie Harmening, and Monta Knudson.
Who should attend?
Anyone that is in a leadership position, preparing to take the next step, or is in a supporting role on their team.
Exceptional leadership enables organizations to maximize opportunities, identify hurdles, and pivot in order to grow. Leaders must engage talent, guide teams through change, and make intelligent decisions to stay ahead of the curve.
Having faced these challenges in diverse career fields, Michelle, Jamie, and Monta have partnered together to deliver a twice a month for 3-months leadership academy covering elements of leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and team development. In addition, you will be provided six 1 hour coaching sessions to support your continued success.
Every person and team can benefit from enhanced leadership; our goal is to create a space for personal and professional growth and development.
Class is limited to 25 participants
Program Cost is 2,860.00 per person
Catered breakfast and lunch will be provided at each in-person training
